FUJI FRONTIER 570 hangs on booting

We have problem during start up FRONTIER 570
Minilab hangs on booting, sometimes it show only "-" on screen, sometimes show "q" or "qq". When we switch off and switch on then after few times doing that it starting. We replaced CTL23 board and we installed new 3V battery in timer board. Then we upgraded software. Problem still is the same.

Maybe someone had in past similar problems and could help me.

Please pay attention to the display module itself.
This is the cause of the issue.
It has its own brains and voltage regulator.
Please remove it and check for +5V presence.
Also, check the quality of the wires' connection.
It is a culprit of the issue in most cases...

Your power supply could cause this too. You need to check PWR23 LED condition.
