I was hoping we may get an idea on were to look to resolve the issue we are having. We are running a QSS-34PRO and we started getting lines running horizontal with prints. At first we though it may just have been dust but the lines were going the wrong way and noticed that they are everywhere not just in one spot. We see it on all paper size. We switched all of our AOM thinking that it was an issue with one of them but we see the same issue with the same look after we switched them. I have attached 2 files. One is just grey and the other is the same file just adjusted so you can see where the lines are better. Any ideas on where to look or what test we should run to narrow down possibilities. Thanks!

I think you have a problem with a dirty optical surfaces of your laser. It requires cleaning procedures performed by a qualified technician.
Also I recommend checking of the laser output window.
Sometimes it may be covered by dust.

Thank you for your response. If the laser output window was dusty I would think the lines would travel with the paper vertically. Would that matter if the optical surface was dirty? Is there any other way to test it or ideas how to clean it. Thanks again for your help.

You need to replace the bands no. Part A078051-01 and A060370-01 (they are the yellow ones in the exposure unit), I recommend you also change the bearings H001553-00 has 4.

Please check this bands, are the ones that cause that vibration
