Qss32 wont cut 305 paper

Hi to all, this machine have a problem with 305 paper, wont cut, only a little bit in the margin and stop printing with error. The 15, 17, 20 papers work very well

1. Check the roller located on the printer's door which supposed to press paper magazine, sometimes it can ba a cause of the problem.
2. try to change the position of PM. If you print from top- place to the bottom and print from there.
3. Check the PM for aligning brackets.
4. Check for paper debris in the paper moving area.
5. Check all sensors.
6. Invite service engineer.

I think that have solved the problem, the cutter steel guide under the Blade have a little bit of wear in the initial closing point that cause a little Jump in the Blade movenent. With a cleaning of the downside of the Blade he Jump a little less and cut correctly, some accumulation of dirt cause irregularity in the movenent. In the future i think that i buy a new steel cutter guide.

Unfortunately the problem appear again, the torque requested for cut wit clean blade are a little minus and work for some days but today doesn't work again. The brushes of the cut motor are worned out and the motor have a lot less torque and cut only little formats. Do you have in stock the cut motor for the qss3202 pro?

QSS32 series labs are very rare sell for parts.
I will try to find it for you if this item is not discontinued.

Hi, thanks for your disponibility, i have cleaned the collector of the motor and work well, the brushes have only a little bit of worn.
