Use any filter. Water has nothing to do with it. Write how you prepared the starting solution P1. There are several tips in the topic, and all are wrong. Very strong concentration is obtained.

Install the cartridge. The display on the machine module looks for item 7. Fill replenishment tanks through this menu. See photo. Add 100 grams of water to all working tanks.

I find one issue, Cartridge sensor D741 not working, allways YES, maybe this problem ?
